Competitive Gymnastics

Call or email our front desk to schedule a tryout. Roster deadlines vary by competition level, from August 1st to October 1st.

Pre-Team (4 – 7) is invitation or tryout only, for athletes with a high interest in gymnastics who can focus through longer structured practices, twice a week year round. They advance to DP or Xcel once they are old enough and ready to compete.

Developmental (Levels 2/3 – 10) is for the dedicated athlete who wants to pursue the sport to the highest levels possible: tryout and placement by our DP Director, year-round training, and up to 7 competitions a year.

Xcel (Bronze – Diamond) makes the sport accessible to athletes who love gymnastics but need some flexibility, which is reflected in practice schedules and time commitment.
